Mucosal ulcers in a patient with HSV1, H1N1 and aspergillus infection

Mucosal ulcers in an immunocompromised patient. BAL and bronchial aspirations revealed a co-infection by Herpes simplex virus type 1, influenza A H1N1 and aspergillus.
